The 90-Minute Intensive £180
We’ve all got to start somewhere, and this online intensive session is designed to activate your journey to feeling healthier, stronger and fitter. We’ll evaluate your health history and diet and explore your current lifestyle habits creating a plan which will support your goals and needs. You’re going to come away from this session feeling empowered and totally motivated!

The Six-Week Revamp £470
Long-term health and wellness are your ultimate goals, but you’re just not sure where to start – well, my six-week RESET plan is exactly what you’ve been searching for!
Your six-week journey begins with a detailed initial 90-minute consultation where we’ll explore where you’re at with your health and where you want to be.
We’ll review your health history, your current lifestyle habits and your goals before working together on a bespoke coaching plan which will be both achievable and sustainable. Over the course of the six-week programme you’ll learn how to nourish your body, make the right dietary choices, optimise your sleep and manage your stress levels.

- Tailored coaching plan, created together
- 3 x 45-minute follow-up sessions where we’ll review your coaching plan and make necessary adjustments
